Why is the Metrolinx plan a disaster?
The City of Toronto did a study to determine the best way to carry out the Grade Separation at Strachan Avenue. They concluded that lowering the tracks and keeping Strachan Avenue close to grade was the best option, and building an overpass to raise Strachan Avenue over the tracks was the worst option.
