What is the Metrolinx plan?
On April 2, 2009, Metrolinx issued a Notice of Commencement for the Georgetown South Service Expansion/Union Pearson Rail Link.
At this time they announced that the Strachan Avenue grade separation would be carried out by raising Strachan Avenue approximately 8 metres above the rail corridor. For Metrolinx’s drawings, click here.
